At WYG we have a defined career structure with clear paths for progression.

We have three ‘job families’ with a clear grading structure within each family. Our job families are:

• Consulting Services – technical roles
• Business Services – support roles e.g. admin and finance
• Leadership – senior management

We also have a defined competency framework and job profiles for each role, providing clarity on what level of competency is required and what development is necessary to progress within WYG. The WYG competencies are:
