Putting People First

Our People First programme gives all WYG employees access to a wealth of opportunities for learning, career development and rewards.

The People First programme has four core strands:

The programme is designed to ensure that we have in place opportunities for everyone to develop and progress in their careers with WYG. It's also about fairly rewarding and recognising our people for the contribution they make and supporting them when training needs are identified.

We also want to attract the highest calibre of new recruits into our business as we continue to grow and evolve and ensure that once people are part of WYG Group that they want to stay.

We ultimately aspire to be a place of work that stands out for its approach to people that others want to join.

Learning and development is the cornerstone of our People First programme and the WYG Learning Academy is the framework within which we enable this. The Learning Academy is designed to be a one stop shop for learning and development solutions, materials, support processes and training courses, all of which are available to our employees on the internal company Intranet.
